All orders must be prepaid unless the order is from a Public Sector organisation (in which case we offer 30-day account terms on despatch), or if alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance (ie. for larger orders - over £10k).

Please don’t be offended if we ask for prepayment. It’s nothing to do with your credit rating.
