AUTOPA’s range of Black & Yellow bollards are ideal for providing High Visibility protection in both internal and external warehousing environments. All products in the range are galvanised mild steel, ensuring their longevity and are designed to take the knocks and bumps that occur in all warehouse environments.

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Galvanised mild steel, coated black with yellow reflective bands
  • Slightly domed pressed steel fully welded cap.
  • Available in Ragged (for casting in), Flanged (for bolting down).
  • Wall thickness depends on bollard width (see grid below)
  • Concrete in version includes 400mm (below ground) extension
  • Flange plate shape/sizes
    • Flange plate size for 90mm & 114mm widths =  180mm x 5mm (Round – 3 holes)
    • Flange plate size or 139mm, 168mm 193mm widths =  250mm x 10mm (Square – 4 holes)

INSTALLATION & USE

It is recommended that posts are placed no further then 1200mm apart to ensure no vehicle can pass between the posts
Concrete In Black and Yellow bollards require an excavated hole (no less than 400mm deep and 600mm diameter) for installation
Bolt down Black and Yellow bollards require bolting down to a suitable concrete surface
This product is guaranteed for 12 months (if installed and used correctly)
